1-Open the FingerPrint window on your computer. 

2-Bottom right corner is "license" (also can be found in the dropdown).  

3-ONLY Copy and paste the Serial Number that you received there. Be sure NOT to add a space at the end as it will cause an error.

NOTES:

If you don't see a place to put your Serial Number or the tab is grayed out we updated you automatically when you purchased. (This is verified by the Watermark NOT appearing on your print jobs)

The form of the serial number is ALL CAPS with dashes. Make sure there are no spaces including at the end.
